Our recycling process

Your waste is effectively other companies’ raw material. Here’s how an end-of-life window frame becomes a clean, reusable PVCu granule — a true circular economy in action.

Step by step

From frame to granule

Every stage is documented so we can hand you a full audit trail.
01

Waste generated

Installers, demolition firms & manufacturers generate post-consumer & post-industrial PVCu waste.

02

Collect or receive

We collect the material free of charge, or you tip it directly into our Bridgwater yard.

03

Sort

Frames are sorted by type & quality, ready for processing.

04

Strip contaminants

Metal, rubber, glass & other contaminants are removed so only clean PVCu remains.

05

Shred & grind

The clean uPVC is shredded & ground down into a consistent particle size.

06

Process into granules

The material is processed into clean, high-quality recycled PVCu granules.

07

Back into production

Granules are sold back into manufacturing supply chains as new building products.

The result

A closed loop on PVCu

Waste in. Raw material out.

Because our feedstock is other companies’ waste, every tonne we process is a tonne kept out of landfill & put back to work. Manufacturers buy our recycled granules to cut cost & carbon without compromising performance.
