The enquiry & collection-request forms on this website do not store your data on a server. When you submit a form, your browser’s email application opens with the details pre-filled, ready for you to send to us by email. We receive your information only when you send that email.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to deliver our service or to comply with the law — for example with regulators such as the Environment Agency where required.
